Services, RA N°
Four ways we work on residential architecture.
New homes, renovations, interior architecture, and a standalone Project Clarity Phase for the early decisions. Each service is built around BIM-led documentation and calm material detailing.
Project Clarity Phase
The Project Clarity Phase establishes direction and feasibility at the outset. It is a standalone first step that allows the brief, architectural intent and overall scope to be understood before entering the full design process.
Before formal design work begins, it is important to understand what is being asked of the project, spatially, architecturally and practically. This phase allows ideas to be tested, priorities to be refined and assumptions to be examined.
Standalone engagement
What it involves
The phase adapts to the scale and complexity of each project. Depending on the brief, this may include: refinement of priorities, early spatial and planning studies, architectural direction informed by lifestyle and use, interior considerations that influence planning and cost, identification of constraints and risk areas, and indicative cost guidance informed by experience.
Some clients proceed into full architectural services. Others use the outcomes to adjust scope, pause or plan independently. The intent is to support informed decision-making at an early stage.
